Check the flux cover filter and remove excess flux residues. The flux filter should be cleaned with Suna water once a week. Clean the exhaust hood every week to check whether the spray system sprays evenly. The nozzle should be cleaned every day. The method is to add alcohol in the smaller flux tube, turn on the ball valve, close the ball valve of the larger flux tube, start the spray for 5-10 minutes, take off the nozzle every week and soak in It takes two hours in the water to check whether there is too much black oxide powder and slag in the tin furnace.

  1. When the wave soldering equipment runs for 1 hour, the amount of black oxide powder in the tin furnace should be checked once, and the tin slag should be removed with a soup drain
  2. Excessive accumulation of oxides in the tin bath will cause instability of the wave seal, bubbling of the tin bath, and even motor stalling.
  3. At this moment, you can loosen the screw that fixes the nozzle, remove the nozzle, and remove the tin slag inside the nozzle.
